A single image takes 2-3 weeks to create and whole projects range from 4 weeks up to 3 months
The most significant factor affecting timeframes is information availability.

To make a highly-photorealistic image it’s important to get quality prepared information of a future project.
Below is an essential list of files I require to begin work on a 3D render project:
— Architectural plans, sections, facades
— General plan, landscape design plan
— 3D model (if available)
— Exterior and interior trim sheets with manufacturers’ indication
— Moodboard
Each project is completed in three steps:
1. Information Collection – we gather all information about the project. This also includes a Project Briefing where we establish the visual direction for the images. We also discuss lighting and styling to match the project’s location and target demographic.
2. Camera Angles – I will provide 4-6 view options for every image along with my own recommendations. You’ll have an opportunity to pick an angle that best represents your development.
3. Previews and Revisions – after I present the first preview, you’ll have two rounds of revisions to fine-tune your designs and finalise the image.
